Sterisol Sweden SENSE+ Hand Disinfectant

SENSE+ Hand Disinfectant is a fragrance-free liquid hand disinfectant based on pharmaceutical-grade bioethanol, denatured with isopropanol and t-butanol. The product contains 88.5% w/w alcohol and is developed for both hygienic and surgical hand disinfection. The formula contains glycerin and cetyl alcohol to help prevent dryness and make the product gentle for regular use. SENSE+ provides both short-term and long-term efficacy and reduces the contact time for surgical hand disinfection to 90 seconds, compared with the traditional 3 minutes.

Certified and tested according to the following standards:

EN 1500 – Hygienic hand disinfection

EN 12791 – Surgical hand disinfection, both short- and long-lasting effects

EN 13727 – Bactericidal effect

EN 13624 – Yeasticidal effect

EN 14476 – Virucidal effect against both enveloped and non-enveloped viruses

The product is free from thickeners, easy to apply and leaves no sticky residue on the skin. The 5 L safety canister is especially suitable for professional environments with high consumption and a need for larger pack sizes.

Usage: Apply 6–9 ml so that the hands remain wet throughout the full application time. Rub thoroughly over the entire hands, including between fingers, fingertips and nails.
For hygienic hand disinfection: rub for at least 30 seconds.
For surgical hand disinfection: follow the surgical hand disinfection procedure and keep hands wet for 90 seconds.
