Sustainability Report 2025

We are proud to present Sterisol Sustainability Report 2025 — an important document that reflects our long-term commitment to people, the environment and responsible business.

This year's report shows how sustainability permeates our entire business — from product development to the supply chain. Based on EFRAG's Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs (VSME) we have produced a clear, traceable and internationally comparable accounting of our impact and progress. The report was produced voluntarily as an expression of our belief in transparency and accountability.

In the report, we present our sustainability work in three main areas:

Environmental information, where we describe our climate goals (approved by the Science Based Targets initiative), our work on reducing emissions in scopes 1, 2 and 3, resource efficiency, water management and innovations such as Sistema Sterisol — a circular solution that reduces both plastic use and product waste.

Informazioni social, in which we describe efforts for a safe and inclusive work environment, diversity and gender equality, training efforts, employee engagement and our goals for work environment and health.

Business ethics, in which we clarify our zero tolerance against corruption and bribery, our internal control work and how we work with transparency and code of conduct throughout the value chain.
